Finding the institute Proposal number (IPN)
How do I find the IPN?
Fibi is very user-friendly and displays this important number below the PD number of all submitted Proposal records.
From the Landing page/Dashboard:
Click on the Proposal tab.
Find the Proposal record from the My Proposals tab if you or your team created the record.
Or, you can Search via the Proposal Search tab. For more information on finding proposals, go to this LINK.
Click on the proposal in the list and the IPN will display. The IPN is a link to the IP record if the user chooses to explore further.
Note:
If the user does not have access to the lead unit in which the PD was created, the user must reverse look up the IPN through the award, using the Medusa tab. For more details, go to the ORIS website – Guides – General Section – Linked Records.
