For How-To and Help information, go to the

March 30: The Agreements module is part of the 5.5 upgrade that went live 3/30.  Department users do not have roles yet in this module, as a limited pilot has been undertaken by some Research Administration staff.  See more details in the ORIS Message sent out 3/30 am.

March 12, 2026: Initial Agreements Snapshots have been posted, and wider UAT begins today.

March 9, 2026: 5.5 has been moved to the QA instance in preparation for wider user acceptance testing opportunities.

February 23, 2026: Fibi 5.5 (containing the Agreement Module) was delivered to ORIS.  ORIS Staff is now testing that reported bugs are resolved and current functionality remains the same.  ORIS/Polus discussions continue with a goal to promote to our next testing server in the coming weeks.

where can i get more information?

Keep visiting this page for status updates!  Once we have firm go-live dates for modules, a countdown clock also will be provided.  In addition, you can see “sneak-peeks” and hear updates at our Fibi Bits sessions!  Register for Fibi Bits from the link at our Home page.

What & when?

The new Fibi Agreements module will go live in CY 2026.  ORIS is working with JH RASP (JHURA/ORA) to finalize processes.  Our next step will be to reach out with a call for volunteer testers.  We expect this will be in the first quarter of calendar year 2026.

Will we have to use it immediately?

In the initial phase, RASP  staff will begin processing Notice of Awards through Fibi Agreements to ensure the process is smooth and the functionality is adequate in production.   In the next phases, new modules will be tested by, and then introduced to, volunteer departments to test and work through each type of agreement.

Where are training videos and guides?

ORIS will provide training materials through our website just as we do for proposal development. We are activity engaged with POLUS in testing and debugging the module.  When finished, we will begin to create and post them.
