Group testing progress/results are tracked on a dedicated Smartsheet. To participate, you will need both the free Smartsheet software and access to the tracking Smartsheet.
If you don’t already have the Smartsheet software, HERE are the instructions for requesting it from Central IT.

The new 5.1 release of Fibi is packed with major changes, including the new Fibi Agreements module (not yet ready for testing, but you can see it), as well as the standard bug fixes! The system has undergone testing by the ORIS team, but as we all know from experience, the more eyes testing the better the production launch. This also is a time where the most requests for enhancements are generated.
We’ll be going over the Smartsheet and testing at a Special Fibi Bits session on May 8th. If you’d like to see this walk-through, please register for Fibi Bits at our website calendar.
In addition, we will host open zoom “office hours” dedicated to testing where ORIS staff are available to assist and collaborate you on the testing. These are NOT mandatory sessions.

Testing sessions are scheduled for:
- Monday, 12th at 9:30am
- Tuesday, 13th, 2:00pm
- Wednesday, 14th, 1:00pm
This testing opportunity will be available to the entire Fibi User Community; it’s very simple to take part:
- Sign up for SMARTSHEET, following the instructions attached to this message. The Smartsheet is an excel-like program that contains a list of Fibi functionality that needs testing and where you can enter your results.
- Click on the QA version of Fibi HERE or from the link in the Smartsheet. Note: it’s important to check the header for Fibi when testing/working at the same time so work isn’t inadvertently done in the wrong environment!
- Enter testing results in the Smartsheet HERE. Initially, you will need to request access to the sheet. Please complete this step as soon as possible.
- We will continue to test through May 18th. The environment is open to you except in the wee hours 1-4am.
